Confidentiality of Publications & Presentations
Much of the scientifically interesting and commercially important data that has been generated by our scientific and clinical research is a mix of second-generation patents & patent applications under prosecution and confidential know-how kept as trade secrets.
In the last two years, we have generated novel data that we believe is of scientific and clinical importance and could have significant commercial value.
Several confidential presentations have been prepared and can be provided to parties interested in investing in and/or partnering with us or in licensing our intellectual property.
Accordingly, very little of the recent developments can be disclosed until a Phoenix Eagle Confidentiality Agreement has been executed.
