Company Milestones to Date

Phoenix Eagle has achieved a number of critical milestones to date, including:

• Patents granted in China, India, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and New Zealand.
• Commencement of a fully funded proof-of-concept clinical trial. The trial commenced in January 2010 at the Heidelberg Repatriation Hospital, in Melbourne. The duration of the trial is expected to be 12 to 18 months.
• Execution of our first licensing agreement.
• Scientific study results creating potentially new patentable material including the identification of active ingredients and mechanisms of action.
