Phoenix Eagle’s focus in 2010 is:

• Continued growth and protection of the Company’s global intellectual property portfolio.
• Ongoing development of our scientific program of research (subject to having sufficient funding to undertake this work).
• Completion of the proof-of-concept clinical trial.
• Publication of scientific and clinical data in peer-reviewed publications and presentation of these data at peer-reviewed conferences.
• Ongoing development of our strategic plan for commercialisation of multiple OPAL Products in global markets.
