Phoenix Eagle is pleased to announce the Grant of our First Brazilian Patent

On 26 August 2014 all of the claims in our patent application were accepted and were published in the Industrial Property Gazette of Brazil. The claims extend to the method of manufacture of OPAL compositions for all fruits and vegetables, the OPAL compositions and the use of OPAL compositions to treat therapeutic and cosmetic conditions.

A divisional application is under examination.

We now have patents in all of the jurisdictions in which we entered patent applications – the U.S., the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, Japan, China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore and New Zealand.

Phoenix Eagle is pleased to announce the Grant of our First Japanese Patent

On 8 July 2014 the Appeal Tribunal of the Japanese Patent Office handed down a decision upholding the claims in our patent application, all of which had been rejected in a Final Office Action. The claims extend to the method of manufacture of OPAL A, the OPAL A composition and the use of OPAL A to treat therapeutic and cosmetic conditions.

Phoenix Eagle is pleased to announce the Grant of our Second U.S. Patent

On 1 April 2014 the United States Patent & Trademark Office granted a patent for the use of OPAL A to treat therapeutic and cosmetic conditions.

Our first U.S patent, granted on 10 July 2012, claims the method of manufacture of OPAL A and the OPAL A composition defined by the process claims.

A continuation application is under examination.
