Intellectual Property - Yvette Flanigan

Yvette Flanigan, PhD, is a Senior Patent Associate at Yu Sarn Audrey & Partners and is directly responsible for the prosecution of Phoenix Eagle’s patent applications in the Asian jurisdictions. Yvette has a Bachelor of Science with first class honours and a Ph.D. in the field of biochemistry. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from the National University of Singapore and a certificate in patent drafting by the Southeast Asian Drafting Patents Board of FICPI. Prior to commencing her career in IP law, Yvette worked as a research scientist at Dupont Singapore; at the National University of Singapore; Nanyang Technological University and at the University of Queensland.
