Stuart Usher, Company Secretary

Stuart is a CPA, an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a member of Chartered Secretaries Australia where he has attained the status of Chartered Company Secretary. Stuart has over 15 years’ experience in the management and corporate affairs of public companies. He is currently CFO and Company Secretary for two Australian-listed companies and one company listed on AIM in London.
